Product was delivered and installed as contracted, although the installers damaged one HVAC vent and made no effort to repair or replace the duct that was pulled from the floor register. Product Owner's manual and warranty as well as photos of the completed work were promised but never delivered. I have no way of knowing how to service the dehumidifier and I have no documentation to show that I purchased the 5 year service policy. AFS will take your money, but AFTER THE SALE, THEY ALL BUT DISAPPEAR. Customer service is a joke!!
User's recommendation: AVOID AT ALL COSTS - EXPECT NO SERVICE AFTER THR SALE.

Today at 9am Mr. Tim Byrd showed up to give me an estimate on what it would cost to encapsulate my crawl space. He was very polite and easy to talk to. Afterwards he explained costs and financing. He left no question unanswered. Very professional and knowledgeable. Looking forward to doing business with him.
